Jeff Goldblum became a father for the second time on April 7 when his wife Emilie Livingston gave birth to their second son, River. The Jewish actor and the Canadian rhythmic gymnast, turned actress-aerialist, who is not Jewish, are already parents to Charlie, 21 months.

Goldblum, known for such blockbusters as Jurassic Park and Independence Day, has another splashy action adventure on the way later this year: Thor: Ragnarok will hit theaters November 3.

Another couple is also getting ready for their second special delivery. American Pie franchise actor Jason Biggs and his wife, actress Jenny Mollen, are expecting baby #2 later this year. They are parents to a 3-year-old son named Sid.

Biggs, who has often played Jewish characters but was, in fact, raised Catholic, married his Jewish My Best Friend’s Girl co-star in 2008.

Australia has produced many fine actors who’ve had great success in Hollywood: Hugh Jackman, Cate Blanchett, Naomi Watts and the Hemsworth brothers among them. The latest Australian import to watch is Jacob Collins-Levy. He is an exciting young actor who just made his American TV debut on the new Sunday night series The White Princess.

The series premiered on April 16 on Starz with Collins-Levy playing the volatile and magnetic King Henry VII. He’s the product of an interfaith marriage—his father is Jewish and his mother is Catholic, and he was raised Catholic. We have a hunch we’ll be seeing a lot more of him in years to come.
