I am deeply committed to ensuring that Judaism is totally accessible to all people and want to help empower others to discover their best selves without judgement. My mission is to understand and connect with individuals and families to provide those seeking spiritual fulfillment a comfortable and warm environment. I believe that special events should be just that - special - and to do that it must reflect the couple or family who is holding such event. I don't believe in "cookie cutter" services. I like to work with my families to ensure that they create a warm memory that will last them a lifetime.
I am open to discussing having elements of other religious faiths at the lifecycle event
I recommend pre-marital counseling for couples I’m marrying but I don’t require it
I am willing to officiate lifecycle events on Shabbat
I don't have anything that I would call "standards". My main goal is to make sure you are represented and that your service is about you. When co-officiating with clergy of another faith, I work closely with them to ensure that all wedding prayers and themes are truly interfaith so that the feelings of all involved are considered. I am traditional at heart, but if there is a certain ritual that you are not comfortable with, then we will discuss it. You will get no surprises with me!

My family is an interfaith mix of just about everything you can think of. I met with Rabbi Cheryl, and from that moment on, we knew that we had the absolute best rabbi. She brings a lightness and humor and I wouldn't use anyone else, ever!
