Unpacking Bias: Best Principles for Jewish Organizations – Online
March 1 @ 1:00 pm EST
FreeAs Jewish communal professionals, we come to our work with open hearts and minds, hoping to welcome as many people into Judaism as we can. However, we all bring with us unconscious biases we’ve learned over time, especially around what it means to be Jewish.
In this webinar, 18Doors’ Director of Professional Development, Tema Smith, will help you begin to unpack these biases so that you can look at your work of engaging interfaith families with fresh eyes.
